Harvey Softeners wanted to update their internet presence and when they chose The Marvellous Media Company to help them got more than they bargained for.

Harvey Softeners is a long–established Woking business, designing, manufacturing and selling quality water softeners for over 20 years. They were early pioneers of using video in their presentations, with representatives taking VHS integrated TVs into customers' houses as part of their product demonstration. They found it to be so successful that it seemed only natural to use video on their website too.
"The Harvey Softeners website features lots of little videos covering water softener money–saving benefits, eczema, happy customers and all sorts of stories demonstrating the many benefits of softened water." says The Marvellous Media Company's Commercial Director, Bruce Hazelton. "I think it works really well. So well, in fact, I have a water softener at home!" he confesses.
"Once the website was up and running, Harvey [Bowden, owner of Harvey Softeners] was keen to understand the impact of the videos. We developed an interface with Google Analytics using their Event tracking – so new it's still in beta" continues Bruce. "We can see how many visitors watched each video and how far through they watched. This is an essential extension of our test and measure policy and exciting new ground, keeping The Marvellous Media Company at the forefront of Internet Marketing".
