Experts: SEO is best in the customer's language

Internet Marketing

Companies looking to boost their search engine optimisation (SEO) campaigns need to make sure they communicate on the same level as their customers.

This is according to experts speaking at the ad:tech Singapore event, who discussed the elements that make for a successful internet marketing campaign and agreed that it is vital for firms to use the same language as their target audience, ClickZ reports.

Question and answer sessions at the conference also looked at the importance of thorough keyword research, as well as ways in which integrating online and offline marketing campaigns can boost business.

Advertisers were also urged to test their landing pages thoroughly and make use of technology such as customised reporting.

Meanwhile, an article on Bizcommunity.com suggests that businesses should separate writing for SEO purposes from web copywriting, as the two are very different.

SEO copywriting involves creating text with the purposes of search engine detection, while writing for the web means making sure that everything written fulfils a distinct purpose, according to the site.ADNFCR-1093-ID-18662469-ADNFCR
